For the use of Hotellistat data is collected and processed according to the regulations of the german data security and protection laws. The legal standards and foundation can be found in the "Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG)" and the "Telemediengesetz (TMG)". The legal standards of the European GDPR, valid from 25.05.2018, also called "Europäische Datenschutzverordnung (DSGVO)" are also adhered to by Hotellistat. Below regulations outline the type, process and scope of the data usage and collection through.

Hotellistat Data Security Policy

We strive intensively to protect Hotellistat and our users from unauthorized access to data and its unauthorized transfer, deletion or modification. This includes the following actions:
- Encoding of our services and the use of SSL.
- modern moderne encryption methods of saved data
- regular regelmäige checks of data saving and processing
- limited access to system and data storage as well as strict confidentiality obligations of the respective employees with access.

Our data privacy policy is valid for all products which are offered by Hotellistat. This data privacy policy does not account for services or external data from other companies or persons, for which separate data privacy policies account for.

Compliance with regulatory requirements and cooperation with regulatory authorities:
We regularly check compliance with our privacy policy. Our privacy policy may change time by time. The rights of our customers under this data protection agreement are not restricted without the explicit customers consent. All changes to the privacy policy are published by us on this site. If the changes are significant, our customers will be informed by e-mail about the changes to the data protection policy.

Personal Data / Contact form on

According to article 13-15, DSGVO you have the right to be informed about all saved personal data. Kindly contact us via E-mail if you want to do so.

We save the following personal data:
- First- and last name
- E-mail adress
- Hotel belonging / Hotelname
- User logs, at login: login time, accessed page on Hotellistat

There is no processing of this data done at any time. ( Art. 30 DSGVO )
You may request us to delete your data at any time - kindly contact us via Email if you want to do so. (Art. 19 Point 1 DSGVO)
Please note if doing so, there might be a chance that you cannot have access to Hotellistat anymore. It is not allowed to have any generic accounts within Hotellistat.

There is no expiry date of the stored data.
We do not hire / use any third party / third party service for the Hotellistat system (Art. 28 DSGVO) which would have access to personal data.
For the contact form on the main website following applies:
The purpose of the storage of personal data of the contact form is exclusively limited to contact the customer. The customer has to double opt in by confirming his email address.

Our data protection policy applies to all products and modules offered by Hotellistat. This data protection policy is not valid for services or data, offered from other parties or companies, which do have separate regulations and terms and conditions in place.
