Hotellistat offers analytics and insights of the customers own facebook pages. This data is only available for the owner of the respective facebook page and requires authentication. Further use or processing of the customers data is not done. For the unlimited use of the facebook page insights the customer has to authenticate the "Hotellistat Facebook App" with specific access rights which are outlined during the authentication process. This allows the access of the customer own facebook page data (page insights) which is not stored or cached by Hotellistat.
Hotellistat analyses public and official content of social channels - i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Google Plus and Twitter. The stored information is publicly available and does not contain any personal data.
Some of our products and modules allow the interpretation of customer-supplies data (business data, benchmarking data, social channels with authentication) Hotellistat processes, stores and displays this information exclusively for the providing customer. All data provided by the customer and stored by Hotellistat is subject to this data protection declaration and is protected accordingly.
Based on the legal rights set in the german "Bundesdatenschutzgesetz" you are entitled to contact us free of charge regarding collection, processing or use of your personal data. This includes correction, blocking, deletion of revocation of a given consent. We would like to point out that you have the right to correct or to delete personal data, in case there is no statutory retention requirement.
